We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We use high-quality clay and glazes to ensure durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

If needed, we recommend handwashing them with mild soap and warm water, to maintain the beauty of your ceramics. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracks.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns need to be sent back in the original wrap and packaging, otherwise we can't accept it.

Personalised items are made to order and take up to 5 working days to produce. If you order only a personalised item, it will be shipped as soon as it’s ready. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, everything will be shipped together once the personalised item is complete.
